All our soaps are crafted using traditional cold process methods.

COVE. soaps are cured for six weeks unless otherwise specified to ensure you get maximum longevity and a luxurious, gentle lather from our soaps.

Our soaps contain no palm oil, sulphates, parabens, preservatives, synthetic fragrance or colourants.

In the shower or bath, gently massage in circular motions against the skin to cleanse and moisturise.

For longevity of natural soaps it is best to store them in a dry position on a soap dish.

If kept in a dry position in the shower/bath each bar should last 2-3 weeks with daily use. 

COVE. Botanics Pty Ltd agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within seven (5) working days from the payment receipt date*. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days. Cove Botanics Pty Ltd will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

You should expect your parcel within 3-7 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@covebotanics.com and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

COVE. Botanics Pty Ltd are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement, refund or exchange. It is of the upmost importance to COVE. Botanics to deal with your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly and be completely transparent in everything we do. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition as per Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “Contact Us” webpage prior to returning the damaged goods.
